Effective 22 June 2026 · Version terms-2026-06-22

Service description

Financial Beast provides informational and decision-support tools for organizing financial accounts, holdings, ledger entries, uploaded financial documents, parsed transaction rows, generated reports, personalized analytics, and decision-support outputs inside an authenticated workspace.

Financial Beast v1 is single-owner / individual-user only. Shared, couple, household, team, and multi-member organization rights are outside the v1 launch scope and remain deferred for a future product/legal feature.

Advice boundary

Financial Beast is educational decision-support only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Financial Beast does not provide buy/sell instructions, trade recommendations, guaranteed returns, legal advice, tax advice, or regulated financial advice.

Users should verify outputs and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate before making financial, investment, tax, pension, legal, accounting, or other important decisions.

No guarantee and non-custodial status

Financial Beast does not promise guaranteed returns, guaranteed savings, guaranteed investment outcomes, guaranteed tax outcomes, guaranteed pension outcomes, guaranteed accuracy, or guaranteed availability of any output.

Financial Beast is non-custodial. It does not hold money, securities, cryptoassets, bank deposits, or investment assets for users.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for reviewing the information they enter or upload, including financial account records, holdings, ledger entries, uploaded documents, parsed rows, categories, memos, dates, and amounts.

Users must use Financial Beast lawfully and must not upload unlawful, unauthorized, harmful, infringing, malicious, or third-party data they are not permitted to process.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using strong passwords, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Generated outputs

Generated outputs, including alerts, daily briefings, Beast Scores, recommendations, reports, decision outputs, personal inflation, wealth snapshots, decision matrices, scenario outputs, simulations, and command-centre outputs may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect.

Generated outputs may depend on user-entered financial data, uploaded files and parsed rows, market/source/reference data, product assumptions, formulas, mappings, generated language, and personalized analytics consent state.

Uploads and parsing

Uploaded files and parsed rows may be incomplete, duplicated, incorrectly classified, incorrectly parsed, or not suitable for automatic approval.

Users should review parsed data before converting it into ledger entries or relying on it for reporting, dashboards, or decisions.

Financial Beast may preserve approved ledger entries even when upload artifacts are later deleted, subject to the approved deletion workflow.

Third-party data and providers

Financial Beast may rely on third-party or external source data, including market prices, FX rates, CPI/reference data, financial-source snapshots, hosting infrastructure, database/Auth/Storage services, and optional providers if added.

Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect.

Consent, AI, and optional analytics

Optional personalized analytics can be enabled or withdrawn in settings. Withdrawing personalized analytics consent removes generated personalized outputs for the current organization but does not delete source financial data.

AI provider integration remains disabled / fail-closed unless separately enabled through approved server-side environment configuration, consent, durable quota controls, advice-boundary copy, and owner-approved testing.

No raw prompt, raw response, secrets, upload contents, parsed statement contents, or financial rows should be logged by the AI layer.

Export, deletion, retention, and backups

Financial Beast has bounded export, current-organization deletion, upload deletion, generated-output lifecycle cleanup, personalized analytics withdrawal cleanup, full account deletion foundations, and retention workflows.

Some deletion may be delayed by backup rotation and technical retention limits. Financial Beast may retain minimized, non-identifying deletion or consent evidence where needed for compliance/audit proof.

Availability, suspension, and changes

Financial Beast may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or interrupted. Outputs and features may change as the product is improved, corrected, or secured.

Financial Beast may restrict access or suspend use where needed to protect users, the product, infrastructure, or legal/compliance obligations.

Liability, governing law, and contact

Financial Beast provides informational and decision-support tools subject to the limits described in these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

Financial Beast does not claim DPC registration in these Terms.

Contact and support requests should use the owner-approved Financial Beast support channel.
